Yoga Classes for the Spring Term are now open for booking.   The spring term starts Monday 8th April and runs to Wednesday 24th July 2024.

 

Timetable

There are no changes to the timetable, however the format of Monday evenings is changing to match other classes in the week.  I experimented for the winter term with a stronger class, but I think its appropriate to ease off a little now- in any event I always teach to the level and needs of those in the room, so in many ways the description is semantics.
 

  • Monday – 09:30 to 11:00 – Yoga for Health and Well-being – in person only
  • Monday – 18:30 to 19:45 – Yoga for Health and Well-being – blended class offered in person and streamed via zoom
  • Wednesday – 09:30 to 11:00 Yoga for Well-being – in person only
  • Wednesday – 18:30 to 19:45 – Yoga for Health and Well-being – blended class offered in person and streamed via zoom

 

Booking and Payment
 
There are various options for booking and paying for classes:

  • Pay as You Go – £12.50/class
  • Five Class pass £55
  • Block Bookings at £8/week if you book for the whole term, or £9/week if you book for the half term

If you are interested in block booking, then you will need to contact me via email as these cannot be made online.
