Classes, Courses and Workshops

I run a small timetable of Semi Private Therapeutic Yoga Classes, Short Courses and Workshops.

These all have a Therapeutic thread running through them, although they are open to all – the Semi Private Classes are suitable not just for those seeking a therapeutic experience, but also to anyone seeking a slow unambitious Yoga class.

All classes, courses and workshops are suitable for beginners. Don’t worry about being a beginner in class, there will often be others at the start of their yoga journey, and we all started once.

I aim to run an environment which is warm and inclusive to all abilities, body shapes and backgrounds, and which is LGBT friendly.

All sessions run from my Studio and Clinic space in Brading, Isle of Wight.

All places must be pre booked – sorry, walk ups cannot be accommodated.

Classes

My classes run on a Semi Private basis from a small, dedicated private space.

Typically they have no more than five people in them, hence the designation as Semi Private classes.

My teaching style is based around Yin Yoga, weaving in elements of Yoga Therapy, Classic Hatha Yoga and Restorative Yoga.

These classes are ideal for anyone dealing with physical or psychological health issues, and also for anyone who simply wants a slow unambitious Yoga class.   

The classes are mat based so participants need to be able to sit comfortably on the floor, and transition between floor and standing.  

 

Timetable

  • Tuesday 9:30am – in person
  • Tuesday 6:30pm – in person and via zoom 
  • Duration 75 to 90 minutes

 

Cost

  • In person £12.50 / session
  • Via zoom £10.00 / session
  • Five class pass valid 90 days £50
