Anne Osborn from Create Harmony

Anne Osborn from Create Harmony runs a regular Tuesday morning Zen inspired yoga class, as well as regular Thursday evening courses and workshops in Mindfulness, along with Sunday morning mini retreats.

Peter Bulpitt from Peters Yoga

A general Hatha Yoga class with an emphasis on finding spinal movement informed by my own personal experience.

The Yoga class will be about losing tension in the body, finding free flowing movement, core support, balance, breath to inform movement : in short about finding steadiness and ease and flow in your body through your yoga practice.

This is a Yoga class in which I ask you to have a sensory experience in and of the body rather than one where you are asked to aspire to an idealised posture/shape/asana although that doesn’t mean I won’t throw in some challenging stuff along the way!

My occasional Saturday morning classes are 2 hours and go a bit slower and deeper and on occasion if six people can be brought together I do 4 hour workshops on Saturday afternoons to explore the Yoga yet more deeply

Peter is also running occasional Saturday morning Classes

I will be running an occasional Saturday Morning class. The class will focus on opening up the whole body with slow easy asanas and movements in preparation for a more active Hatha practice and followed by meditation and relaxation

Della is running a Pure Sivananda Class on the following Saturday Mornings

In her own words:  “Wondering about Sivananda Yoga? Fed up with yoga fads? Fancy a “grass roots” kind of class……pranayama, sun salutes, accessible asanas?  If the answer to any of the above is “Yes”…..join me for a pure Sivananda Class at Yinspire Studio, Rowborough 10 – 12.30. £12.50.  Mats and props all provided.  We will look at the background to the practice, maybe a bit of chanting and of course enjoy the sequence of postures with their many benefits. Spaces limited, booking essential.  Contact me to book, ask questions, get directions. Suitable for anyone with some yoga experience, but probably not complete beginners.”
