I am planning on offering the Minded Institutes signature eight week course for Stress, Anxiety and Depression on Thursday evenings starting at the end of January 2020

The course costs £180 for 16 hours sixteen hours of Yoga Therapy Tuition, take home materials and group support. Early bird £30 discount for bookings made and paid before Christmas 2019. Two £50 karma places available on request for anyone who would benefit from the course but cannot afford the full fee.
