I hope this finds you well, and that life is starting to get a little more normal as the surge in the pandemic settles.

The days are getting longer; there are more sunny days (just as well with heating costs going up 50%!); daffodils will soon be showing.

A few updates from Yinspire.

First, my regular classes, unchanged:

  • Monday 18:30 – in person and online
  • Wednesday 9:30 – in person
  • Wednesday 18:30 – in person and online

This gives you the choice of the shared studio experience or yoga from the comfort of your own home.

I plan to keep the online classes running for a few months yet, as things settle.

Classes, in person or online, are £12 dropin, discounted class pass available, or £32/m on Direct Debit for a regular booking (£48/m for two classes a week).  Anyone with a DD, in person or online, is welcome to all online classes.

Booking – in person
Booking – on line

This Saturday is my monthly Pure Yin – two hours of unambitious Yin Yoga for busy lives and busy minds.  10am till Midday.

The subsequent Saturday dates for Spring are 19th March and 9th April.

Aside from myself in the studio, other classes are:

I am still running in person Yoga Therapy for a wide variety of health issues.  My diary normally runs ten to fourteen days ahead for bookings.

Yoga Therapy

Looking ahead, I am hoping to run a Beginners Yoga Course later in the year, and also Yoga for Emotional Health Course.

In the summer I hope we can get some Yin in the Garden running again as well.

Hope to see you soon.
