A few of you have asked for a link to the chimes I use in class for the Coherent Breathing practice, where we take the breath down to six breathes a minute

Put simply Coherent Breathing helps align the breathing cycle with the balance between different aspects of our nervous system, specifically the Sympathetic and Parasympathetic branches of the Autonomic Nervous System, and in turn with the heart and the brain.  Is a great resource for improving health and downrating stress longterm.
