Bookings are now open for Jessica’s Yoga Classes for January through March 2020.

You can book:

  • Yin Yoga for 17:00 Mondays, 19:00 Mondays and 18:30 Tuesdays – book a Class
  • Wednesday Morning Therapeutic Yoga 10am Wednesday mornings – book Wednesday
  • Saturday Morning Pure Yin – monthly during Winter/Spring/Autumn  – book Saturday

Look out for April to June bookings opening at the end of February.

In terms of availability:

  • Monday 17:00 Good
  • Monday 19:00 some spaces

Learn about the micro practices that work to support busy lives, and how to be intelligent with your own yoga time. A mix of theory, practice and discussion – booking
  • Workshop -Saturday 21 November 2020 – Finding the Ground – Yoga practices for Resilience in the face of Anxiety, Stress and Overwhelm.  Anxiety, Stress and Overwhelm can easily spiral out of control and hold us back. In this session we will look at how we can use Yoga to create stability and space, literally being grounded in the storm. A mix of theory, practice and discussion. – booking
